MongoDB climbs to fifth most popular database ahead of DB2

DBEnginesRanking

DB-Engines updates their Database Ranking in which MongoDB climbs as the fifth most popular database in the world, overtaking DB2 that falls to sixth.

This event confirms its leadership as the first Non-Relational Document oriented database system and enters the TOP 5 Databases globally, very close to PostgreSQL that currently is the fourth but still far from SQL Server, MySQL or Oracle.
